I would like to know if it is possible to send me an invoice of a a reservation that I made in the past at Heraklion Airport, Crete?

Yes. Log in into viewmyreservation.com with the booking reference number and the email address you used to make the booking with.
Then choose PAYMENT RECEIPT from the lefthand side menu and follow the instructions to produce the receipt.
